2009
HIE approve £25 million for the development of Inverness Campus.

2010
Outline planning consent granted by the Highland Council.
UHI Inverness College announce relocation to Campus.
First Partnership Forum Meeting.

2011
Tenders invited for infrastructure construction.
Contract awarded to Morgan Sindall.

2012
Work started on site January 2012.

2013
Infrastructure to be completed spring 2013.
First occupiers start construction work.

2015
Planned opening of UHI Inverness College,
Scottish Agricultural College and Commer-social Hotel.

2016
Planned opening of the Centre for Health Science.
