The Highest Univesrity in the Land - 17

Today we are at Sabhal Mor Ostaig UHI.

In choosing to study at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig you are choosing to come to a Gaelic campus at the heart of the community where many people still use the language in their daily lives. You will be immersed in Gaelic, from classroom-based learning to daily life, and will have the best possible chance to learn and use the language.

The College campus is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland, on the southern peninsula of Sleat on the Isle of Skye. You will find many benefits at a small, rural college like Sabhal Mòr Ostaig that you might not get in a larger, urban location.

You will be coming to a college with small class sizes, where you can speak to teaching staff on a regular basis and where you will find all the academic and personal support you could need to fulfil your potential.

You will have access to exceptional learning, IT and research facilities with an outstanding library, dedicated computer labs and purpose built recording and broadcast studios all on campus. You can also choose to live in our excellent student accommodation, which offers comfortable study bedrooms with en-suite shower facilities and free wi-fi access.

You will be an important part of a warm and friendly community, with a shared ambition to contribute to the growth and vitality of the Gaelic language and culture.

And of course, you will make friendships that last a lifetime.
