Corrimony Chambered Cairn - 1
Last Sunday I visited this famous cairn.
It is an excavated passage grave of probable Bronze-Age date, defined by a stone kerb and surrounded by a circle of 11 standing stones. It is located in Glen Urquhart, just over 8 miles west of Drummadrochit.
