Happy St Patrick's Day - and Happy Birthday to Wendy (my Sister) who is 60 today. I lived in Ireland for 11 years and so have a strong devotion to St Patrick.Almighty God,
in your providence you chose your servant Patrick,
to be the apostle of the Irish people,
to baptise those who were wandering
in darkness and error
and bring them to the true light
and knowledge of your Word:
Keep us in that light
and bring us to everlasting life;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
