I've just looked at the commencement and completion dates; they work pretty fast in Scotland! I am looking forward to seeing the interior; if you say it is beautiful I am sure it must be. I suppose with the snow in winter it is not possible to do any outdoor work then, is that so?My husband is in the construction industry and so I am interested in any sort of construction.
Yes, they were quick! Everything was completed in around 9 months. I don't think snow hindered the construction work in any way. Of course, we had plenty of snow in February of this year - but in Inverness building work was held up for only a week at the most. Fortunately, by then St Columba's was finished! As you can see - this building is a timber-framed construction.
