That's the hymn for Vespers on 2 of the Tuesdays.
To be honest, I find many of the
Office Hymns in the Daily Office disappointing. Some of them (not 'O Strength and Stay') seem hardly worthy of a place in our formal liturgy. I hope something will be done to address this issue.
